Tower Hamlets Book Award Winner 2014

Congratulations to Rob, who inspired pupils to vote for his book at the 8th annual Tower Hamlets Book Award. Berlie Doherty was the runner up with The Company of Ghosts.

Berlie, Gill Lewis and Sita Brahmachari were present at the finale to be entertained by performances based on the shortlisted books. Guardian Angels primary school were the winners with their presentation of My Friend the Enemy by Dan Smith.

We would like to thank Berlie, Sita and Gill for their time and Swanlea secondary school for hosting the event.
