New Fiction
The Tower Hamlets Schools Library Services publishes annual lists of the best new fiction. These are :
- Takeoff! : Fiction and picture books for years 3 and 4
- Must Read : Fiction for years 5 and 6
- THe List : Fiction for secondary schools
- The Tower Hamlets Book Award : A shortlist of the best books drawn from the Must Read and Teen lists.
- Diverse Perspectives : Updated annually. Books featuring diverse and multicultural characters with a global perspective
Our booklists are just one of the great services made possible by subscriptions to the Tower Hamlets Schools Library Service. Posters and bookmarks are sent to subscribing schools.
Themed book and resource lists
The Schools Library Services also provides books and other classroom resources to support many different national and international diversity, inclusion and heritage celebrations.
